At last night’s Planning and Zoning meeting the commission voted 6-1 to DENY the application for a zone change at Blue Fox Run. The Avon Middle School cafeteria was packed (thank you!) with supporters and when the commission voted the whole place erupted. It was amazing. Thank you to everyone who has supported us on this long journey. Your support and our hard work has paid off. This battle is not over but this win was a very important step in permanently preserving land on Nod Road.
